What sets my practice apart is the unique blend of trauma-informed Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness, combined with my experience as an international athlete.

Through overcoming challenges like trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, I help people discover resilience and well-being.

With over 9 years of experience and more than 6,000 therapy hours across the NHS, charity sector, and private practice, my approach is built from skills and wealth of experience.
