I provide discreet, confidential therapy for adults navigating personal and professional difficulties.
What sets my practice apart is the unique blend of trauma-informed Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness, combined with my experience as an international athlete and having suffered trauma myself.
Through overcoming challenges like trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, I help people discover their resilience and potential for well-being.
With over 9 years of experience and more than 5,000 therapy hours across the NHS, charity sector, and private practice, my approach is authentic, creative and effective.
